Supplement Examples – Disparity in equivalent dosages

I came across two magnesium supplements in my personal collection, each containing 180 capsules.

  • Magnesium Citrate 800 mg per serving (2 capsules) – Double Wood – Amazon.  Using the magnesium citrate calculator and my personal target of at least 200 mg of elemental magnesium (the rest would come from my diet), would require only ~3 capsules which was great:
