Search documented disagreements and product cautions across the local library. Compare complete source versions on the drug page before choosing a regimen.
Search medication names and documented issues only. Do not enter patient information. This directory submits search filters to the server; the within-drug text finder remains a separate local feature.
A difference is not always a contradiction
Compare indication, formulation, route, population, renal method, dialysis conditions and source date. A safety update or source-quality failure is not an alternative dose. These notes are not independent clinical approval, and sources are not ranked or averaged.

Dialysis indication and interaction rules matter separately from clearance
XPHOZAH is a phosphate-control product for selected adults with CKD on dialysis, not a universal renal-adjustment instruction for tenapanor. Its source also contains specific separation and enalapril interaction instructions.
What to reconcile
Confirm the phosphate-binder context, dialysis timing and interacting medicines. The enalapril statement must not be generalized to other ACE inhibitors or used as an automatic dose increase.

XPHOZAH - tenapanor for phosphate control in adults on dialysis
DailyMed | Source revision: Source revision date not established in selected retrieval. XPHOZAH oral tenapanor; phosphate-control indication. Not IBSRELA for IBS with constipation.
Oral no-adjustment does not clear the IM excipient risk
Oral renal PK and the IM cyclodextrin vehicle concern are different questions. The IM formulation lacks comparable renal study data.
What to reconcile
Confirm route and formulation. Do not infer an IM dose adjustment or safety from the oral statement.

GlobalRPh RX List - GEODON
GlobalRPh-hosted RX List | Source revision: Source revision date not established in selected retrieval. Single-agent GEODON oral product with a separately identified IM formulation caution.
RECLAST does not use the ZOMETA oncology renal table
These products contain zoledronic acid but differ in indications, dosing context and renal eligibility. An oncology reduced dose does not bypass the RECLAST restriction.
What to reconcile
Confirm the actual ordered product and indication, hydration and renal method. Do not administer both products or transfer the hypercalcemia serum-creatinine criterion to RECLAST.

GlobalRPh RX List - RECLAST
GlobalRPh-hosted RX List | Source revision: Source revision date not established in selected retrieval. RECLAST non-oncology zoledronic acid product; not the ZOMETA renal table.
Only documented issues are searchable here. Absence of a note is not agreement. A label mirror and the original label are not independent corroboration, and a source's retrieval date is not its revision date.
