1 additional source qualifications - review before use
COMPLERA: do not transfer a component or two-drug interval

A three-drug fixed-dose TDF product cannot be adjusted by borrowing the two-drug TRUVADA interval. TAF and TDF combinations also have different renal scopes.

Before applying: Confirm all components and use the fixed-dose product restriction; consider individually adjustable components only through an applicable full regimen.

Also check: COMPLERA: do not transfer a component or two-drug interval

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

COMPLERA cannot be adjusted component by component and is not recommended at CrCl <50 mL/min or with dialysis. Do not transfer the every-48-hour TRUVADA treatment schedule to this three-drug fixed-dose product.

COMPLERA: do not transfer a component or two-drug interval

Exact product and population matter. This added page contains locally stored, source-specific clinical summaries. Historical handbook information, when present, is identified separately and may conflict with U.S. labeling. Confirm indication, population, kidney-function method, monitoring and the full prescribing information before applying a regimen.
