Treatment of PCP pneumonia: 4 mg/kg/day IV qd x 14 days
Renal Dosing
[> 50 ml/min]: No change. [10-50]: Administer q24-36 hours. [<10]: Administer q48 hours.
Hemodialysis
Not removed by hemo- or peritoneal dialysis or continuous arteriovenous or venovenous hemofiltration. Supplemental dose is not necessary.
