Values used in program:   Ethanol specific gravity = 0.79 (7.9 grams ethanol/dL)
Loading dose: ml/kg  (equivalent to 600 mg/kg) 10% IV ethanol
Maintenance dose (non-drinker)ml/kg/hr (equivalent to 66 mg/kg/hr) 10% IV ethanol
Maintenance dose (chronic-drinker)ml/kg/hr (equivalent to 154 mg/kg/hr) 10% IV ethanol
Maintenance dose (non-drinker) during dialysisml/kg/hr (equivalent to 169 mg/kg/hr) 10% IV ethanol
Maintenance dose (chronic-drinker) during dialysisml/kg/hr (equivalent to 257 mg/kg/hr) 10% IV ethanol
