Review first - source-specific qualification

PAH scope and an unassigned exact CrCl boundary

The source uses PAH-specific daily instructions and leaves an exact boundary unstated in its numeric dosage bands.

Before applying: Do not insert an ED schedule or silently interpolate the boundary. Obtain product-specific clarification.

Evidence for this qualification

Source-specific qualification; independent clinician review pending.

CrCl, mL/min; exact 30 mL/min is not assigned in the printed dosage bands

RX mirror: this is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Check dated-label and formulation limitations.

Selected sections only. Source mirror and underlying label are not independent confirmations.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

For PAH, the source starts patients with CrCl 51-80 or 31-50 mL/min at 20 mg once daily, with an increase to 40 mg once daily according to tolerability. Severe impairment is an avoidance setting; the dosage section prints CrCl <30 mL/min and hemodialysis, and the renal-use section advises avoidance in severe impairment. Dialysis does not meaningfully correct exposure.

The printed bands do not assign exactly 30 mL/min. No boundary is filled in here. These are PAH instructions, not an as-needed erectile-dysfunction schedule.

No patient-specific dose is calculated. Context choices only display reminders; they do not validate, hide or change any regimen.

Exact product and population matter. This added page contains locally stored, source-specific clinical summaries. Historical handbook information, when present, is identified separately and may conflict with U.S. labeling. Confirm indication, population, kidney-function method, monitoring and the full prescribing information before applying a regimen.
