Cautions / source differences (1)
Review first - source-specific qualification

Keep tablet restrictions and document dates separate

The 2007 mirror and separately retrieved Ferring tablet label agree on selected renal restrictions. This is limited concordance, not proof of complete current labeling.

Before applying: Preserve the dated source and conventional-tablet scope. Do not copy injectable or sublingual schedules.

Evidence for this qualification

Selected-source qualification; independent clinician review pending.

Confirm the product, indication and renal measure. The selected summary is not a complete prescribing monograph.

Display order is not a clinical ranking. Date of retrieval is not the label revision date. Sources are never merged into one regimen. Other sources and conflicts remain below.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

The Ferring tablet label contraindicates CrCl below 50 mL/min and hyponatremia/history. Fluid restriction, clinical supervision and surveillance for hyponatremia remain essential, particularly in pediatric and geriatric patients. Central-DI response is followed using urine volume and osmolality; this does not replace safety assessment. Primary-nocturnal-enuresis treatment should be interrupted during fluid/electrolyte-disturbing illness and circumstances increasing water intake. This conventional-tablet summary does not import the injection's laboratory timetable or convert between dosage forms.

What the dialysis evidence actually supports

Removal information alone does not define a maintenance dose, supplemental dose or dialysis schedule. A reported regimen still requires its product, indication, renal measure and dialysis assumptions to match the patient.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

The dated tablet mirror contraindicates CrCl below 50 mL/min and hyponatremia or its history. It retains fluid restriction and special caution in children and older adults. For primary nocturnal enuresis, interrupt therapy during acute fluid/electrolyte-disturbing illness or circumstances associated with increased water intake. The page prints July 2007 revision information; its renal wording is retained as an attributed historical mirror, not evidence that every prescribing section is current.
