Account Terms
These terms apply only to optional synchronization accounts. The complete educational program remains available without registration.
Educational purpose
The terminology program, levels, examinations, and certificates are educational resources. They do not confer academic credit, continuing-education credit, licensure, professional certification, clinical competence, or authorization to practice.
Account responsibility
Protect the Sync ID, passphrase, and recovery codes. Do not share an authenticated session. The optional display name does not have to be a legal name, and a certificate name is entered separately at issuance.
Recovery limitation
GlobalRPh cannot recover an account when the learner loses the Sync ID, passphrase, and all unused recovery codes. A prior progress backup may be imported into a newly created account.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, automate abusive account creation, attempt unauthorized access, submit patient information, or misuse certificate verification.
Synchronization behavior
Synchronization merges compact learning progress from the account and current browser. Best complete scores and passed status are retained. Signed receipts and certificates are accepted only when they belong to the Sync ID account learner ID. A conflict choice may be required when separate guest progress is detected.
Availability and backups
Synchronization is provided as a convenience and may be interrupted. Keep periodic progress exports, certificate records, and the recovery-code sheet. Guest use remains available if account synchronization is temporarily unavailable.
Account deletion
Deleting the account removes the account record and synchronized progress. Valid issued certificates remain independently verifiable and are not automatically revoked. Browser-local progress remains until the learner resets it or clears site data.
