How the scored quiz, coverage mode, and mastery exams work
Every record is testable
All 1,634 published records are eligible for at least one validated question type. Coverage mode selects untested records before allowing repeats.
Original questions
Questions and distractors are assembled from the local text database. They are not copied from textbook review questions or legacy quizzes.
Required exams
The Exam Library provides core skills, body-system exams, and a four-part 100-question comprehensive examination.
Scoring
The percentage is based on all questions, including unanswered items. Correct, incorrect, and unanswered totals are reported separately.
Local progress and signed receipts
Detailed answers and term progress remain in browser storage. After submission, the server independently checks the official answers and returns a compact signed receipt used only for certificate eligibility. Export backups are available on the Progress page.
Educational use
Levels and mastery checkpoints are learning milestones, not formal grades, credentials, or assessments of clinical competence.
