How intuitive recall and coverage tracking work

Recall before recognition

Pause after reading the term and try to state its meaning aloud or mentally before revealing the answer.

No-repeat coverage

Next untested terms selects records that have not yet been rated or scored in this browser. Every published record can eventually appear.

Rate honestly

Select I knew it only when the answer was recalled with reasonable accuracy. Use Review again when the answer was uncertain or incomplete.

Provisional mastery

A term becomes provisionally mastered after repeated success that includes at least one correct scored-quiz answer.

Local privacy and signed receipt

Detailed study history remains in browser storage. After every card is rated, only the deck record IDs and known/review ratings are sent to create a signed self-assessment receipt for certificate eligibility. Use the Progress page to export a backup.

Educational use

Recall percentages and learning levels are study aids, not formal grades, credentials, or assessments of clinical competence.
