Phenazopyridine

Usual Dosing (Adults)

Urinary Analgesic: 100-200mg orally tid after meals x 2 days when used concomitantly with an antibacterial agent. (Urinary analgesic).

Renal Dosing

[CRCL >80 ml/min]: No change.

[50-80]: Administer q 8-16 hours.

[<50]: Avoid use.

Hemodialysis

Avoid use.
