Next and Previous now retain the requested page

The earlier navigation script removed the page parameter when rewriting directory links. Pagination now uses explicit PHP GET links that bypass JavaScript rewriting. The page number is also retained in saved result URLs, including A-Z and source-filtered views. A versioned navigation file avoids reuse of the old cached script.

Selected summaries are not complete monographs. A product label and its RX mirror are the same evidence family, not two independent clinical validations. A missing recommendation must not be interpreted as no adjustment.

Six added renal references

Each addition keeps its formulation, population, renal measure, primary source, separately dated RX mirror and limitations. The Clolar and Trusopt entries carry visible source-currency qualifications.

What the 100-source check establishes

The earlier v6.8 research pass re-opened 100 inherited source URLs: 89 returned text and 11 failed retrieval. They span 10 hostnames, with multiple pages from the same site. This is not a list of 100 Google-ranked websites and not a full clinical re-review of all dosing tables.

The direct Google results request failed. A verified top-100 ranking and a fresh complete 26-directory RX census remain unfinished. Failed retrieval does not establish that a site is offline; returned text does not establish current dosing applicability.

Completion estimate

The retained RX index snapshot is dated September 10, 2026 and was reconciled to v6.8 on October 2. Selected content is present for 706 of 4,432 recorded URL strings (15.93%). This is not a percentage of fully reviewed drugs. There are 3,723 observed URLs without selected content, three unconfirmed URL candidates, and 711 listed entries with unresolved destinations. Those denominators overlap and must not be added.

As an illustrative planning assumption rather than a measured pace, screening the 3,723 known missing URLs at 2-5 minutes each would take about 124-310 reviewer-hours. After exact-product deduplication and renal-relevance screening, allow a separately scoped source-review task for each relevant product and independent clinical sign-off. No calendar completion date is established without that scope and reviewer capacity.
