RX mirror: this is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Check dated-label and formulation limitations.
Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
MYFORTIC has not undergone a dedicated renal-impairment pharmacokinetic study. Information from mycophenolate mofetil suggests active MPA exposure need not rise markedly, whereas inactive MPAG may accumulate substantially in anuria. Dialysis is not expected to remove significant MPA. Uremia and low albumin may increase free MPA. These pharmacokinetic observations are not an interchangeable dose, a universal renal ceiling, or proof that MYFORTIC and mofetil formulations may be substituted without review.
