RX mirror: this is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Check dated-label and formulation limitations.
Formulation-specific sample timing is essential.
Overdose dialysis consideration is not routine renal dosing.
Selected named sections only; not a complete monograph or independent clinical approval.
A label mirror is not independent corroboration of its underlying label. Fresh official confirmation is pending unless a separate official card is shown.
Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
The mirror uses WBC cystine measurements 5-6 hours after a dose to evaluate depletion. This timing must not be transferred to PROCYSBI's separately specified delayed-release trough sampling.
A reported case of interstitial nephritis with early renal failure did not establish causality. The overdose section says dialysis may be considered because protein binding is low; that statement is not a maintenance dialysis regimen or proof of a supplemental-dose requirement. Blood-count and liver-function monitoring are also described.
No renal-clearance-band dose is manufactured from the disease's renal involvement or these observations.
