Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
Baclofen is primarily excreted unchanged through the kidneys. Use LYVISPAH cautiously in renal impairment; a dose reduction may be needed. The selected renal subsection provides no numerical clearance-based schedule.
Monitor for excessive CNS effects; overdose can progress to coma, respiratory depression, seizures or hypotonia. This qualitative instruction is not a finding that standard dosing is safe in advanced CKD. Do not infer an intrathecal regimen, a dialysis supplement or an unprovided dose interval from this excerpt.
