Clinical context remains essential

Independent clinical review is pending. Confirm indication, exact formulation/route, population, renal measure and units, kidney-function stability, dialysis prescription, interacting drugs, monitoring and source revision. An RX mirror and its original label are not independent corroboration. Missing disagreement notes do not certify agreement.

Suspension non-equivalence and an incompletely specified renal starting instruction

The suspension is not therapeutically equivalent to ALDACTONE tablets. Its renal sentence gives a starting amount without a distinct frequency.

What to reconcile: Do not import a tablet alternate-day schedule. Resolve the frequency in the exact product and indication context.

Source-specific interpretation; independent clinician adjudication pending.

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

Section 2.2 advises considering 10 mg (2 mL) for heart-failure initiation at eGFR 30-50 mL/min/1.73 m2. That renal sentence does not give a distinct administration frequency. CAROSPIR is not therapeutically equivalent to ALDACTONE. Check potassium within one week of starting or titrating, then regularly; closer monitoring may be needed with renal impairment or potassium-raising medicines. Monitor volume status and renal function. Do not silently convert the tablet regimen or invent a dialysis dose.
