Clinical context remains essential
Independent clinical review is pending. Confirm indication, exact formulation/route, population, renal measure and units, kidney-function stability, dialysis prescription, interacting drugs, monitoring and source revision. An RX mirror and its original label are not independent corroboration. Missing disagreement notes do not certify agreement.

Documented differences and cautions on this drug
All record notes are retained here, including notes about sources not selected in this review.
Unstudied renal PK must not appear as no adjustment needed
The official and mirror sections agree on an evidence gap, not on an established CKD regimen.
What to reconcile: Keep renal and dialysis uncertainty visible, with stone and hydration precautions.
DailyMed / Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. · EVOXAC oral cevimeline capsules for dry-mouth symptoms in Sjogren syndrome; kidney-stone precautions and renal PK gaps are distinct.
Limited or unstudied renal evidence. Not studied does not mean no adjustment is required.
Dialysis evidence: No dialysis regimen established in selected content

Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits
The official capsule label likewise leaves renal-impairment pharmacokinetics uninvestigated and dialyzability unknown. It cautions about nephrolithiasis-related renal colic/reflux and dehydration with excessive sweating.
Agreement with the mirror is agreement in these selected limitations, not validation of a dose for CKD or dialysis. Do not classify absence of a renal dosing instruction as a no-adjustment finding.
