No clinically significant pharmacokinetic differences are expected with CrCl 15 to below 90 mL/min. This statement does not establish a regimen for CrCl below 15 or dialysis.

Renal impairment, including acute kidney injury and increased creatinine, is reported among adverse reactions. Lack of a baseline PK effect is not evidence that renal toxicity cannot occur.
