1 local source card selected. Local card fingerprints checked where supplied. This is not an original-document hash, source-currency guarantee or clinical approval. Record-level cautions below are the current library's cautions, not a frozen prior version.

Clinical context remains essential
Independent clinical review is pending. Confirm indication, exact formulation/route, population, renal measure and units, kidney-function stability, dialysis prescription, interacting drugs, monitoring and source revision. An RX mirror and its original label are not independent corroboration. Missing disagreement notes do not certify agreement.

CAPD threshold differs between the mirror and official label
The mirror CAPD row prints below 10 mL/min; the dated official label includes 10 or below. Treatment and prophylaxis schedules also differ.
What to reconcile: Preserve the discrepancy; use the exact population, modality and indication. Do not transfer CAPD guidance to automated PD or CRRT.

Before using this finding
Check treatment versus prevention and the exact dialysis modality; the CAPD threshold differs from the official label.

Renal guidance and important limits
The adult table distinguishes influenza treatment from prophylaxis. At CrCl above 30 through 60 mL/min, treatment is 30 mg twice daily for 5 days; prophylaxis is 30 mg daily. At above 10 through 30, treatment is 30 mg daily for 5 days; prophylaxis is 30 mg every other day. Hemodialysis treatment is 30 mg immediately then after every session, over no more than 5 days; prophylaxis uses alternate sessions after the initial dose. The CAPD row prints below 10, whereas the retrieved official label prints 10 or below. Do not silently reconcile that boundary. Adult schedules are not pediatric renal recommendations.
