Source-specific lookup | Version 6.6

Find the guidance.
Keep the qualifications.

Look for a clinical topic across locally stored sources. Every result opens the complete stored source and its drug-level cautions.

A pharmacokinetic observation is not a dosing instruction

The finding-type filter groups stored source categories, not evidence quality. Dose instructions, no-adjustment statements, qualitative cautions and PK-only observations stay separate. A source may discuss other issues beyond its primary category. Old cards are not reclassified; choose all types or the unclassified group when a narrow search misses useful text. Counts describe the full library, not just the current search.

Match the source's renal measure, not just the number

406 source summaries have a manually checked measure label; 1013 remain unclassified. Classification covers selected v4.2 through v5.9 summaries. Older and unresolved-method text remains available. Use the optional unclassified-source setting when narrowing by renal measure; other filters still apply. A narrow filter can omit relevant dosing guidance.

Measured urine-collection CrCl, estimated CrCl, BSA-indexed CrCl and indexed eGFR are not interchangeable simply because numbers look similar. A percentage-of-normal statement is not a numeric eGFR cutoff. This filter makes no calculation, conversion or recommendation.

Source family and topic are not prescribing decisions

Qualified no-adjustment statements apply only to the source's stated scope. A pharmacokinetic observation is not automatically a dosing recommendation. "Not studied" is not "no adjustment." Read restrictions, interactions, monitoring and dialysis context even when searching only for a dose.

A label mirror and its original label are not independent corroboration. Source families identify storage provenance, not quality, currency or clinical approval. Professional material can include institutional policy, research or regulatory notices; read the actual source. Recent source summaries have manually assigned topic labels. Earlier summaries use their existing content categories; many remain unclassified. The optional topic-unclassified setting is off by default. It includes only unclassified candidates, not sources labeled solely for a different topic. Renal measure, family and text filters still apply. Labels describe selected stored content, not evidence quality, source agreement or independent clinical approval. A narrow filter can miss relevant material.

No source matched these filters

This does not establish renal safety or absence of an adjustment. Clear the measure, family and topic filters, include unclassified material, or search all stored text.

Compare before choosing

Keep each source's dose, interval, renal measurement, indication, route and dialysis assumptions together. Do not construct a hybrid regimen from different sources.
