About Az Yet
Song-specific inspiration or recording background is not established for this entry. This sourced artist profile provides career context.
Az Yet developed in Philadelphia as an R&B vocal group, with Kenny 'Babyface' Edmonds helping bring its recordings to a wider audience. Ballad singing and layered vocal harmony shaped its early repertoire. Last Night introduced the group, followed by a version of Chicago's Hard to Say I'm Sorry featuring Peter Cetera. Later work included a 2024 interpretation of Atlantic Starr's Send for Me and a collaboration with D-Train, extending the group's history of revisiting soul material.
