V3.6 reconciles the original release year with the reviewed Artist Essentials entry for this exact retained recording ID. Year precision is used; an album-first release is not silently replaced by a later single, reissue or annual-list year. The selected original recording is documented in 2007 in the release history of Same Girl. Only year precision is assigned. Later singles, annual-list appearances, reissues and different performances do not replace the original year.
The large badge identifies this listening list, not a newly issued recording. Later reissues and renewed chart popularity do not replace an original release date. How years are assigned.
Double Up - original 2007 duet program
The original program explicitly identifies Same Girl as a duet with Usher in 2007. The separately labeled Im a Flirt remix has different guests and is not selected or joined to the inherited alternative R. Kelly or Bow Wow credit.
