About Mouth & MacNeal
Song-specific inspiration or recording background is not established for this entry. This sourced artist profile provides career context.
Mouth & MacNeal was a Dutch pop partnership assembled by producer Hans van Hemert in 1971. It joined the rock background of Willem Duyn, known as Big Mouth, with singer Maggie MacNeal's classical training. Hey You Love preceded How Do You Do and Hello-A, which expanded the duo's audience beyond the Netherlands. After the partnership ended, Duyn performed with Ingrid Kup while MacNeal pursued her own recording career.
