About Sugababes
Song-specific inspiration or recording background is not established for this entry. This sourced artist profile provides career context.
Sugababes began with Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan, who contributed writing to the debut album One Touch in 2000. Overload introduced their coordinated vocals and pop approach, while later lineups recorded songs including Freak Like Me. After multiple personnel changes, the original trio returned to recording under the name Mutya Keisha Siobhan and released Flatline in 2013, adding a distinct later chapter to their shared musical history.
