About Faith No More
Song-specific inspiration or recording background is not established for this entry. This sourced artist profile provides career context.
Faith No More developed in California's Bay Area from the earlier group Faith No Man. We Care a Lot and Introduce Yourself featured singer Chuck Mosley before Mike Patton joined for The Real Thing. Epic and Falling to Pieces brought the band a wider audience, while Angel Dust moved beyond the hard-rock expectations created by those songs. Later albums included King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime and Album of the Year. The musicians also pursued projects outside the group, including Mr. Bungle and Imperial Teen.
