About England Dan & John Ford Coley
England Dan & John Ford Coley brought Dan Seals and John Ford Coley together after they had played in the Texas group Southwest F.O.B. Their early duo albums appeared through A&M before a later association with Big Tree. I'd Really Love to See You Tonight introduced a successful run of melodic pop recordings, including Nights Are Forever Without You and Love Is the Answer. The partnership ended in 1980, after which Seals developed a separate country career.
