About Peter Frampton
Peter Frampton developed his guitar career in 1960s Britain through the Herd and Humble Pie, alongside session work for other performers. His solo music combines blues-based guitar playing with melodic songwriting. Frampton Comes Alive! brought that approach to a broad audience in 1976 through concert recordings including Show Me the Way and Baby I Love Your Way. A talk-box guitar effect became closely associated with his performances.
