About Elvis Costello & the Attractions
Elvis Costello formed the Attractions with keyboardist Steve Nieve, bassist Bruce Thomas and drummer Pete Thomas. Their first album together was This Year's Model, followed by Armed Forces, which included Oliver's Army. Subsequent records ranged from the soul-influenced Get Happy!! to the country repertoire of Almost Blue and the expanded arrangements of Imperial Bedroom.
