About Burton Cummings
Burton Cummings is a Canadian singer and songwriter whose career spans the Guess Who and a separate solo catalog. His work with the group included These Eyes, No Time and American Woman. A self-titled solo debut followed in 1976, with Stand Tall becoming closely associated with that transition. Later solo repertoire includes I'm Scared and My Own Way to Rock, and the album Above the Ground extended his recording career.
