About Kenny Chesney
Kenny Chesney grew up in East Tennessee and began singing, playing guitar and writing songs during his college years. His Nashville career led to the 1994 album In My Wildest Dreams. Later recordings expanded from traditional country ballads toward pop-friendly songs and island-associated sounds, especially around No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems and Be as You Are. His work combines his own songwriting with interpretations of other writers, supported by a concert career that grew to stadium scale.
