About Nu Flavor
Nu Flavor emerged in Long Beach, California, as an R&B vocal quartet featuring Frank Pangelinan, Jacob Ceniceros, Anthony DaCosta and Rico Luna. A demo that included Journey's Open Arms reached Reprise executive Howie Klein and led to a recording contract. The group's self-titled album introduced Heaven and Sweet Sexy Thing, with It's On following as a second album. Its repertoire placed vocal harmony and romantic ballads alongside contemporary R&B production.
