About Fairground Attraction
Fairground Attraction built its sound around acoustic folk-pop and skiffle elements, with Eddi Reader as lead singer. Perfect introduced the group to a broad audience, followed by the album The First of a Million Kisses. After the original group's breakup, Ay Fond Kiss collected other recordings. A much later reunion produced the album Beautiful Happening.
