About Rodney Atkins
Rodney Atkins built a long country recording career with Curb Records, with Watching You becoming a recognizable part of his repertoire. His music draws on a Cumberland Gap upbringing and an interest in everyday family life. After Caught Up in the Country, he revisited earlier material in the stripped-down Acoustic Sessions project. Subsequent work such as True South also involved him in songwriting and production, including collaboration with Rose Falcon and Jordan Schmidt.
