About The D.O.C.
The D.O.C. is a Texas-born rapper whose debut No One Can Do It Better was associated with producer Dr. Dre. A serious car accident altered his voice and interrupted the early trajectory of his performing career. He nevertheless continued contributing to hip-hop, appearing on Dre's The Chronic and Snoop Doggy Dogg's Doggystyle. Helter Skelter marked a later return to releasing an album under his own name.
