About Björk
Björk's work brings composition and singing together with electronic production, unusual instruments and visual design. Her solo album career from Debut onward has extended into films, videos, costumes and installations. Medúlla foregrounded voices, while Biophilia combined music with interactive applications and specially adapted instruments. A 2015 Museum of Modern Art retrospective surveyed this wider practice, including music videos and a commissioned installation for Black Lake from Vulnicura.
