About Lighthouse Family
Lighthouse Family developed in Newcastle as the partnership of singer Tunde Baiyewu and keyboard player Paul Tucker. Their debut album, Ocean Drive, appeared in 1995 and included Lifted. Postcards from Heaven followed in 1997. Baiyewu's husky voice and the duo's relaxed, melodic arrangements give these recordings their characteristic sound, while concerts helped bring the songs to audiences beyond the recorded versions.
