About Marian Hill
Marian Hill is the duo of vocalist Samantha Gongol and producer Jeremy Lloyd, who met while growing up in Havertown, Pennsylvania. The project combines sparse electronic rhythms with a prominent lead voice and occasional saxophone. Its name draws on characters from The Music Man. The Sway EP and the album Act One, including Down, established that approach.
