About 3 Doors Down
3 Doors Down are an American rock band formed in Escatawpa, Mississippi. Singer and songwriter Brad Arnold helped shape their early material, and Kryptonite introduced their guitar-led sound to a broad radio audience. The Better Life was followed by Away from the Sun and Seventeen Days, establishing a catalog built around melodic rock songs. The band's writing process involved contributions from its members, with later songs such as It's Not My Time continuing the emphasis on direct vocals and substantial guitar arrangements.
