About Creed
Creed's early recording lineup brought together Scott Stapp, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall and Scott Phillips. The rock band released My Own Prison in 1997, followed by Human Clay and the song With Arms Wide Open. A hiatus in 2004 led its members toward separate projects: Stapp pursued solo work, while Tremonti, Marshall and Phillips formed Alter Bridge. Those related careers remain distinct from Creed's own group recordings.
