Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg - named original single edition
The label-supplied program identifies the U.S. 7-inch Edit and retains its November 1991 date before the 1992 album. Only this original short single is selected; no inherited date is generalized to all the expanded remix material or the 2017 compilation copyright. | Reviewed 2026-10-18
Annual version match under review
The selected recording has release evidence, but its version has not been matched to the retained annual entry. It is omitted from Beyond the yearly lists until this match is resolved.
The selected original U.S. 7-inch edit and the longer album and named remix editions are separately documented. The actual 1992 annual row gives no edition, so the link to the 1991 single edit remains provisional.
On the TLC Tip - original LaFace program
The original 1992 album supports Baby-Baby-Baby, What About Your Friends and Hat 2 da Back. Its metadata separately retains the earlier 1991 Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg recording year. The Atlanta group context is used without promotional totals. | Reviewed 2026-10-18

About TLC
TLC's Atlanta sound combined R&B singing, rap and dance rhythms. Tionne 'T-Boz' Watkins, Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes and Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas formed the group's familiar 1990s recording lineup, with contrasting vocal colors across On the TLC Tip, CrazySexyCool and FanMail. The original 3D recordings followed in 2002, including contributions from Lopes. Watkins and Thomas continued as a duo, including their guest vocals on J. Cole's Crooked Smile and the Snoop Dogg collaboration Way Back.

CrazySexyCool - original LaFace album
The original 1994 program includes Creep, Waterfalls, Red Light Special and Diggin' on You. Later annual appearances and single campaigns do not redate these recordings. 3D - original 2002 program
Girl Talk is explicitly the Radio Mix, with a 2002 pre-album single field; Damaged belongs to the original November 2002 program. This establishes an original year earlier than the retained 2006 Damaged entry, without assuming that list year is a release date. Born Sinner - original TLC guest recording
Crooked Smile explicitly features TLC and retains its June 2013 pre-album single date. The artist program identifies T-Boz and Chilli as the participating singers, preserving the later duo scope. | Retrieved 2026-10-18
Way Back - original single featuring Snoop Dogg
The one-track 2017 852 Musiq/Cooking Vinyl release identifies Snoop Dogg and the original approximately 3:47 single. It is not the later extended album item. | Retrieved 2026-10-18
