About Morgan Wallen
Morgan Wallen grew up in Sneedville, Tennessee, where he began singing in church. His early musical surroundings included country, Christian music and rock, and he later developed an interest in hip-hop. After moving to Nashville in 2015, he worked with established songwriters and producer Joey Moi. His 2016 Big Loud introduction included the EP and single The Way I Talk. Those beginnings place his country recording career within a mixture of Appalachian roots and contemporary studio influences.
