Annual version match under review
The selected recording has release evidence, but its version has not been matched to the retained annual entry. It is omitted from Beyond the yearly lists until this match is resolved.
The retained 2018 entry identifies Kendrick Lamar and SZA but not an edition. The distributor separately lists the January single and February album item. This selection specifies the single; their differing listed durations are edition clues, not proof by themselves of a different vocal performance. The annual link remains provisional.
