About Adele
Adele is a London-born British singer-songwriter whose debut album, 19, appeared in 2008. Chasing Pavements was part of her early breakthrough, and she received the Recording Academy's Best New Artist award in 2009. Her second album, 21, and its song Rolling in the Deep brought her work to a much larger international audience. Later albums include 25 and 30, continuing a solo recording career built around her vocal performances and songwriting collaborations.
