About Ozzy Osbourne
Ozzy Osbourne developed a solo recording career after his work with Black Sabbath. Blizzard of Ozz, released in 1980, introduced Crazy Train and Mr. Crowley, with guitarist Randy Rhoads playing an important part in that album's sound. His solo music combined heavy-metal intensity with melody, theatrical presentation and later power ballads. Ozzfest extended his influence as a concert platform. Solo recordings remain separate from Black Sabbath and explicitly credited guest collaborations.
