ARTIST BACKGROUND

About Bruno Mars

Bruno Mars is a Hawaii-born singer, songwriter and producer whose solo catalog mixes pop melody with soul, funk, reggae and rock textures. Doo-Wops & Hooligans introduced both piano ballads and rhythm-led songs in 2010. Unorthodox Jukebox and 24K Magic expand the range of band, keyboard and vocal arrangements. His credited appearances with Mark Ronson, Lady Gaga and ROSÉ sit alongside the solo repertoire; Silk Sonic is a separate collaboration with Anderson .Paak.

About this artist collection

The existing Bruno Mars solo ID is retained. Mark Ronson, Lady Gaga and ROSÉ retain their original recording credits and separate artist identities. The Smeezingtons production team and Silk Sonic group are background context, not aliases for this solo collection.

First released means the earliest documented official public release of the selected recording. A year-only date does not assert a month or day. Later singles, chart years, compilations, remasters and reissues do not replace that date.
