ARTIST BACKGROUND

About Luke Combs

Luke Combs came from North Carolina to Nashville in 2014 and built an audience as a country singer through records such as Hurricane. His debut album, This One's for You, appeared in 2017. Songwriting about relationships, growing older and family continued across later albums, including Growin' Up, Gettin' Old and Fathers & Sons. About this artist collection

The direct Luke Combs identity and existing profile are retained. Does to Me preserves Eric Church's featured credit. Fast Car is Combs' 2023 recording, distinct from Tracy Chapman's original. She Got the Best of Me deliberately selects the artist-confirmed new 2018 recording rather than the 2014 EP performance.

First released means the earliest documented official public release of the selected recording. A year-only date does not assert a month or day. Later singles, chart years, compilations, remasters and reissues do not replace that date.
