An earlier version of the guide was disjointed, jumping from room fees to lost property and then back to request deadlines without explaining the connections. Its vagueness about timing also left readers unsure whether soon meant the same afternoon or the following week. One sentence was almost incomprehensible because several abbreviations had never been explained. Leila marked the order, the missing precision, and the unreadable sentence as related but separate problems that would need different kinds of revision.

To repair the disjointed structure, Leila grouped the booking steps together and moved lost property into its own short section. She reduced vagueness by replacing soon with the stated reply period agreed by the association. The previously incomprehensible sentence became understandable after she spelled out the abbreviations and named the people involved. These changes helped readers locate information and interpret it, while making clear which details came from the association rather than from Leila's own assumptions about its routines.
