Priya returned attention to the wording. Several lines were superfluous because they repeated directions already shown by the map, and removing them made the sign easier to scan.

A nominal printing expense did not justify endless discussion about every decorative detail. The group agreed to avoid another inordinate delay and approved a simple design. Priya checked the final proof for superfluous information, keeping the location, time, and route instructions. The saved space allowed the essential text to appear in larger letters without increasing the size of the signs.
