The 399 recently added words now have different checkpoint and comprehensive contexts. Earlier answers remain in your browser history, but they do not complete the revised questions. A previously earned retention milestone may require the new delayed checkpoint. Lesson completion, saved words and personal writing are not reset.
These authored situations are different from the teaching examples. Returning to the same question later is repeated practice, not a new unseen test every time.
