Renal dosing, restrictions and evidence limits

Parent-drug pharmacokinetics were not altered from mild renal impairment through ESRD not requiring dialysis. Exposure to the inactive metabolite CNS7054 increased as renal function declined. The selected study does not establish dosing during dialysis.

Do not convert unchanged parent-drug PK into permission to omit sedation, respiratory or hemodynamic monitoring. This excerpt supplies no dialysis replacement dose and does not determine a patient-specific sedation regimen.

Exact product and population matter. This added page contains locally stored, source-specific clinical summaries. Historical handbook information, when present, is identified separately and may conflict with U.S. labeling.
